You can also press ‘MAKE COUNTER-OFFER’ to offer your skills but propose a different date or rate, etc. It’s a great starting-off point.

Tap on the ‘SEARCH’ tab and select specific roles, skills, credits, training, physical characteristics, and locations for your project. Then tap SEARCH. The job-matching system will show you all candidates who fall within your parameters for you to review their artist profiles. If you find too few candidates, you can widen your search by deleting any of your search parameters.

Posting a Job: For Project Managers, casting directors, or anyone with a creative opportunity, posting a job opportunity is simple:

Jobs > Create a Job Posting > Enter details of project.

Once posted you can monitor the job posting by tapping “POSTED” where you will see all applicants. You can review their profile, place them in a folder, or send them an immediate message.

MANAGING FOLDERS

Utilizing Folders:

By creating folders you can sort candidates into candidates for different aspects of your project and make notes about each individual.

For example you might create a folder for your project and place anyone you want to consider for that project in that folder. When you open the folder you see you can create a sub-folder. Here you might create a sub-folder for each role in the production, or even place them in a ‘for future project’ folder.

Sending Folder Link:

You can generate a link to any folder to send to another project collaborator to show them who you are considering. Go to FOLDER page and click on the ‘generate link’ icon to copy the link to share with anyone who will be able to see all folders and sub-folders and to see your notes.
